Mr. Lewis,

My name is Cassandra Young and my son is Tristan Hoffman, whom by the way is
the student. I wanted to commend you and your staff on how well you have gone
from chaos to a more structured setting in such a short time. I am truly amazed at
how well Mr. Brown does with the class and is able to keep up with all the different
students and seems to know where they need help in class. He has built a rapport
with each class and from the looks of it many individuals. He is a true asset. My son
really enjoys taekwondo and gets a real workout when he applies himself.

It is great to know that when suggestions are given to help some of the younger
students it is really taken into consideration and put to use. I made a suggestion that
a few minutes be taken to talk to the class and explain some do's and don'ts maybe
every few weeks or so. That way its not seen as just moves to be performed but give
a better understanding of how it should be used. Mr. Brown took the time to sit the
whole class down for a question and answer session. Those of us with younger
children can tell them the same thing but since, like me, we don't participate it is not
taken as seriously.

*Have to say I like it when you come in and do the drill sergeant type voice and get
them going.* Makes my son pay attention as he seems to have a problem with that. I
know the building isn't set up or probably big enough to rearrange in order to deal
with the noise of people talking. That on top of the tigers when they get excited as
they play those games and they have so much fun. I try to listen to what is being
said also in order to be able to talk to my son about it later and also to keep up with
what is going on.

I try to stay involved in my son's life and all the activities he participates in. Just
wanted to give you guys a pat on the back for such a wonderful job so far.

Cassandra Young
